Job Description
Design and implement multi-agent AI systems efficiently (either using AI Saas or in-house).
Create and sustain scalable systems: Design backend solutions that cater to high-performance AI applications, ensuring a balance between quick development cycles and strong production standards.
Develop APIs for AI workflows: Construct APIs that integrate AI capabilities, promoting smooth interaction between new features and the main platform.
Enhance performance and scalability: Continuously refine the backend infrastructure to meet the low-latency requirements of data-heavy legal applications.
Facilitate rapid iteration: Maintain a CI/CD environment that supports swift prototyping and deployment of new AI functionalities.
Keep an eye on the AI landscape to identify new trends, technologies, and best practices, ensuring the organization remains at the cutting edge of innovation.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the project to identify and develop the necessary features for its enhancement. Focus on developing and integrating advanced AI technologies into the product development process.
Work cross functional teams to design, test, and deploy AI solutions that improve business processes and customer experiences.
Yêu cầu
Skills and Experience Required
Bachelors degree or several years of experience in computer science, data science, software development, or another related field; a masters degree is preferred.
Proven experience in backend development for live production environments, ideally with exposure to AI model integration.
Possess experience in integrating large language models (LLMs) and have successfully launched related projects.
Deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI technologies.
Proficiency in AI related programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with developing and training large-scale LLM models.
Strong grasp of data structures, distributed system architecture, and API design for microservices.
