Mô tả công việc
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job briefs, compelling job ads, sourcing, headhunting, phone screens, and shortlisting.
Maintain regular communication with hiring managers and act as the main point of contact for candidates.
Coordinate interviews and other relevant steps, ensuring smooth handovers with HR in Oracle.
Utilize diverse sourcing channels and keep recruitment systems accurate and up-to-date.
Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships, representing the Hansen brand positively.
Educate hiring managers on best practices, leveraging data for informed decisions.
Collaborate with the TA to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Yêu cầu
To be the best fit for this role, you should have from 1 year of proven end-to-end recruitment experience in IT industry, including direct headhunting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both Vietnamese and English)
Ability to liaise with stakeholders and challenge the status quo.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in using data and industry knowledge to negotiate and influence.
Attention to detail and good problem-solving abilities.
Innovative mindset with a curiosity for doing things differently.
Solid understanding of business, team-oriented, and driven.
