Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a deep understanding of mobile game development and a keen eye for the business aspects behind casual gaming. You will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of game projects while ensuring alignment with Snow Game Studios vision and objectives. This role is ideal for someone who excels in project management, team leadership, and has a strong understanding of the mobile gaming market.
Key Responsibilities:
Senior Project Manager - Snow Studio 2
Project Management:
Lead and manage the end-to-end development process of casual mobile game projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones, and track progress against them.
Proactively identify project risks and create mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including game
designer

developer
s, artists, and QA
tester
s, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communication, both within Snow Game Studio and with external partners and stakeholders.
Business & Strategic Planning:
Align game development projects with the studios business goals, market trends, and monetization strategies, ensuring a seamless integration of business objectives into game design and development.
Contribute to the planning and execution of monetization models, including in-app purchases, ads, and retention strategies, to maximize revenue potential.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors to inform project direction and optimize the games positioning in the market.
Quality Assurance:
Oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring that all game projects meet Snow Game Studios high-quality standards and provide exceptional player experiences.
Lead beta testing, feedback gathering, and bug-fixing efforts to ensure polished and smooth game launches.
Reporting & Analytics:
Monitor and report on project progress, budgets, and KPIs to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and accountability.
Analyze post-launch performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for game updates or future projects.
Your skills and experience
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Project Management, Game Development, Business, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
8+ years of project management experience in the game development industry, with at least 5 years focused on mobile game development.
Demonstrated success in leading and delivering casual mobile game projects from concept to launch.
Deep understanding of the mobile gaming market, player behaviors, and monetization models, especially within the casual gaming segment.
Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams in a fast- paced environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Notion, Asana) and familiar with agile development methodologies.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality gaming experiences.
Experience with Web3 gaming or blockchain technology is an advantage.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
Familiarity with game analytics tools for tracking performance (e.g., Google Analytics, App Annie, GameAnalytics).
Knowledge of game engines such as Unity.
Strong understanding of game design principles and user engagement strategies.
