1. Project Planning and Strategy
- Establish project objectives, scope, and expected outcomes.
- Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Perform research and analysis to support well-informed decision-making.
- Project Execution and Management
2. Lead project teams to ensure effective execution, monitor progress, and evaluate performance against key metrics.
- Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to keep projects on track.
- Promote seamless communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
3. Quality Assurance and Risk Management
- Implement robust quality assurance processes, conduct evaluations and audits, and address any inconsistencies.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
4. Industry Expertise and Process Enhancement
- Stay informed about emerging industry trends and best practices.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and introduce efficient project management techniques.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous learning within teams.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelors degree in management, computer science, business, or a related discipline.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects, preferably in the supply chain industry.
- Prior experience in the footwear or apparel business is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital transformation projects is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Knowledge of agile project management methodologies is beneficial.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools and a basic understanding of statistical concepts.
- Skilled in using project management tools such as PowerPoint, Xmind, MS Project, Excel, MS Teams, and SharePoint.
- Results-driven, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced and complex environment.
- Highly curious and willing to learn continuously.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, presentation, and documentation skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
