KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in the development and maintenance of backend applications/services using
Golang
;
Design, build, and optimize high-performance and reliable systems;
Integrate backend services with databases and third-party APIs;
Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and implement new features;
Troubleshoot and ensure the stability of services;
Perform testing and optimize code to ensure product quality;
Implement and optimize search solutions using
Elasticsearch
;
Utilize and apply appropriate design patterns to ensure efficiency and system scalability;
Propose technical improvements and solutions;

REQUIREMENTS
Proficiency in Golang programming language;
At least 3 years
of experience working with
Golang
in real projects;
Hands-on experience with
Elasticsearch
, including setup, configuration, and query optimization;
Strong understanding of system design principles and microservices architecture;
Deep knowledge of
design patterns
and their practical application;
Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis);
Familiarity with tools/ frameworks such as Echo, Gin, gRPC, Docker, and Kubernetes is a plus;
Experience with Git version control system;
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize system performance;
Good teamwork skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities;
Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documents in English;
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in projects related to IoT, Big Data, or related fields;
Experience with CI/CD systems;
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum working environments;
