Mô tả công việc
We are looking for a Business Analyst (Japanese) who will join our amazing team and work with clients to understand their business needs about products in Fintech, E-Wallet, etc. Your key responsibilities are:
Analyze requirements, discuss with technical team to propose solutions, estimates for customers
Discuss with customers via phone, and web meetings, about questions and issues which are related to the project on the ticket system
Coordinate with the
Project Manager
to monitor, control, and report the project status and progress to customers
Translate design details and test cases from Japanese to English or vice versa
Other tasks by the manager
Yêu cầu
Final-year students majoring in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science or have participated in programming or software testing training courses
Ready to work full-time
Proficiency in Japanese (BrSE) or English communication
No experience required (IT BA experience is an advantage)
Love working in an Information Technology environment
Ability to write documents, train and make presentations
Meticulous, hard-working, honest
