Mô tả công việc
• Collaborate with business units to understand customers requirements.
• Prepare service and product requirements and work with ICT and customers, vendors for system development.
• Conduct product development process to provide convenient, secured and legally complied services, products to customers.
• Prepare and manage service and product policies, guidelines, manuals.
• Monitoring and handling exceptions or errors occurred to ensure seamless operations.
• Manage KPI of business units.
• Providing trainings to internal business units for approaching new customers.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Finance - Banking/ Accounting/ Economics with Bachelor or above certificate
• Experience: At least 01 year in banking industry, especially in corporate banking business.
• Knowledge, Skills and abilities:
+ Teamwork skill
+ Negotiable skill
+ Presentation skill
+ Knowledge about the digital products/services in banking
+ Good communication of English. Being fluent in Korean is an advantage.
