Mô tả công việc
- Second level network support to end users.
- Support functional networks (LAN, WLAN, WAN).
- Operation and maintain switch, router, firewall and other network devices consistent with cyber requirements
- Support of IT services including Domain, DNS, Radius, DHCP, Email, Proxy ....
- Implementation and updating of security and privacy policies, ACL
- Research, evaluate, implement and manage security tools
- Monitor network performance, bandwidth consumption
- Monitor and follow the guideline to implement network security measures
- Manage and troubleshooting data network, voice system
- Complete the required checklists, routine tasks, reports on regular basis
- Support to networking deployment projects such as new store openings
- Provide technical documents in support of networks and cyber security.
- Automate daily task
- Support other team to implement project
- Manage the inventory of networking devices.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
Yêu cầu
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or related field preferred.
- Good network knowledge and hand-on experience in firewall, switch, router.
- Good experience in providing and operating enterprise services such as routing & switching, VPN, Wireless network, NAC, etc
- Good knowledge in WAN / VPN / LAN / Firewall / VLAN
- Experience in risk, compliance and information security policy development
- Good knowledge in Linux / Unix /Windows Servers
- Good communication, ability to adapt work quickly
- Ability to read / understand and listen / speak English
