Roles & Responsibilities: - Articulate analytics propositions to business stakeholders, and collaborate with the business to identify and scope new use case opportunities, defines the MVP and protects projects scope - Support advanced analytics team by providing clear inputs (e.g. requirements) to them from the business teams; works with analytics teams to confirm assumptions and ensure models and outputs will meet business requirements (alongside the product owner) - Lead communication of analytics outputs with executives; act as bridge between management and analytics specialists; share insights with business stakeholders and collects inputs - Strategic data driven business partner, supports defining roadmaps, builds the organization-wide analytics capability.
Yêu cầu
Experience & Profiles: - MSc in a business or quantitative field - Proven experience in a product or analytics role - Strong communication & structured problem solving skills - Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, etc.) - Comfortable with building and presenting use cases - Works well with technical and management teams - Manages projects, milestones and dependencies with ease - Able to translate analysis and conclusions into actionable recommendations - Comfortable with metrics, measurements and prioritization - Experience in the business functional area being assigned to Required Skills: - Working knowledge of AI and analytics techniques - Deep business knowledge and ability to identify opportunities to add business value - Ability to convey business goals to technical teams - Excellent communication skills - Agile ways of working, project and stakeholder management.
