Roles:
Website Product Owner who will be responsible for the building, development, maintenance, and optimization of the company website, while also implementing and monitoring e-commerce operations. You will be the key point of contact, building and directing the website functions to ensure all features are developed in line with company needs and business goals, while optimizing the online shopping experience of customers.
Responsibilities
• Define the vision and direction of the website to meet the needs of the company and customers.
• Identify and establish operational processes between the website and systems such as ERP, CRM, POS...
• Manage the backlog of the system and website to ensure the accuracy of requirements and prioritize implementation.
• Work closely with related departments such as E-Merchandiser, Digital Marketing, Fulfillment, IT... to ensure operational
requirements and develop features that meet expectations.
• Test and evaluate the operations and features of the website and e-commerce system to ensure smooth and accurate
performance.
• Monitor the websites performance and propose improvements for development.
• Carry out e-commerce activities (check, process orders, fulfillment, delivery...)
• Analyze and develop operational reports to create improvement strategies for e-commerce activities.
Yêu cầu
Education: University degree
Skills: Numeric/Data analysis, Excel Skill, Problem Solve Skill.
At least 1-3 years of experience in a Webmaster, Web Administrator and Web Technical roles.
Personal Specification:
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and experience working with development teams.
• Experience working with website & e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Haravan, Sapo...)
• Understand E-Commerce system activities.
• Understand the entire E-commerce matrix and process flow.
• Ability to effectively coach colleagues and communicate with senior management
• Working knowledge of using CMS and ERP systems desirable.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliver to tight deadlines
• Communicates effectively to all levels of the organization
• An excellent problem-solver and proactive thinker
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
English: Speaking and listening average level.
