Mô tả công việc
• Participate in IT system development process as a
business analyst
• Analyze and prioritize business requirements from multiple stakeholders
• Work closely with IT Development team to ensure the team understand the functional requirements.
• Closely communicate with relevant stakeholders to clarify the requirements during development phase.
• Support user acceptance test, sign off process and prepare system release documents
• Manage change requests for continuing project improvements
• Participate in vendor management for system development including vendor searching, vendor selection, contracting, annual vendor review and assessment.
• Co-work with cross functional teams to implement IT projects and assigned tasks
• Support in overseeing IT Governance include IT compliance, risk management, internal policies and local regulations
• Implement other IT planning tasks assigned by Department Head/Management
Yêu cầu
1. Qualification:
• Bachelors degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Banking or relevant discipline;
• At least 5 years of experience in software development with at least 2 years in Business Analysis and 2 years in IT project management experiences
• Good background in
software engineer
ing, proven analytical background;
• Good command in English (4 skills)
• Good skills of leadership, planning, teamwork, coordination, communication, reporting & interpersonal
• Experience in banking & finance field is given priority
• Professional certification in Project Management (PMP/Prince 2) is preferred
2. Competencies:
• Ability to apply analytical and conceptual thinking to operation and system planning
• Responsible, accurate, self-motivated and able to deliver under high pressure and to strict deadlines;
• Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
