Your role & responsibilities
Provides supervision to the team of developers in Application/ Web Development
Mentoring, coaching, coordination as well as providing technical leadership.
Project estimations, Project Management (Schedule, Bugs, and Quality management)
Negotiation with customers
Manages the project to ensure that it is completed within the stipulated timeline while ensuring that work done meets the requirements and quality.
Motivating and developing the team.
Other assignments from the Manager.
Your skills & qualifications
Bachelors Degree in IT or a relevant major.
From 2 years of working experience as
Technical Leader, Team Leader
for the Japanese market.
Experience in project estimation, progress management, quality management, etc.
Extensive experience with back-end technologies including
C#, .NET, GraphQL, JSON, XML, and Web API.
Solid experience with databases like
Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
Familiar with software development life cycles such as
Waterfall, and Agile methodology.
Experience in making specifications and testing specifications.
Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
Japanese is a must (JLPT N4+)
Leadership skills.
