Understand customer requirements
Develop, execute, and maintain formal software test plans
Design test plans, test cases/test procedures
Execute test cases and evaluate and report results
Consult with
project manager
s and teams
Develop documentation for systems
Report the status of projects and escalate issues
Yêu cầu
4+ years of relevant work experience
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/IT
Bachelors Degree in Non-Computer Sciences/Non-IT can be considered if earning excellent knowledge/hands-on experience in software testing
A deep understanding of Software Quality Control and Software Development Processes
Have experience with legacy systems and migration
Have knowledge of TDD methodology, Regression Testing, Integration Testing
Have experience with automation testing tools:
+ Automation browser test tools: Selenium, Playwright, Katalon ...
+ Performance test: k6, JMeter
Good documentation skill
Good command of written English
Test Certification is desired but not mandatory
Ability to meet deadlines and deliver within our fast-paced environment
Required to be a team player who is highly motivated, focused on customer satisfaction, and solution/results-driven
