Mô tả công việc
• Act as the primary business analyst and representative in our Vietnam office reporting to the product ownership team.• Manage and optimize communication between US-based teams and Vietnam-based development and QA teams• Lead sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives• Track and report on project status, ensuring timely and accurate updates to US-based teams• Proactively identify and resolve issues, escalating when necessary• Coordinate with US-based services team for follow-ups and issue resolution• Provide clear, concise daily status updates to US teams, accounting for time zone differences• Push back on unrealistic demands or timelines when necessary, advocating for the product and team• Answer specific technical and product-related questions from the development and QA teams• Organize and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and communication
Yêu cầu
Essential:• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred• 5+ years of experience in product management or similar roles in software development• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and sprint management• Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese• Proven ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment• Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and discuss complex software concepts• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence without direct authority• Excellent organizational and time management skills• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)Desired Qualities• Experience in the healthcare or clinical research industry• Familiarity with SAS programming and statistical analysis in a clinical/medical context• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in clinical research (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GDPR)• Certifications in product management or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSPO, PMP)• Experience with AI and machine learning applications• Proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision• Cultural sensitivity and experience working in multicultural environments
