• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled
Senior OutSystems Developer
to lead our development team. The Senior OutSystems Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web and mobile applications using the OutSystems platform. This individual will serve as a technical mentor to the team, ensuring best practices, scalability, and code quality. They will have a deep understanding of Outsystems capabilities, architectures and Forge components.
Job Brief
• Lead the design and development of scalable and robust web and mobile applications using OutSystems low-code platform. As a small team this will include you providing hands on development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and deliver innovative technical solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise, code reviews, and knowledge sharing sessions.
• Champion best practices for OutSystems development, including design patterns, performance optimization, Forge components, when to custom build outside Outsystems and security considerations.
• Participate in the entire software development life cycle, from ideation to deployment and post-launch support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in existing applications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest OutSystems features, tools, and industry trends, incorporating them into the development process.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


• Proven track record as a Senior OutSystems Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on development experience;
• Extensive knowledge of OutSystems development concepts, including reactive and traditional web applications, mobile apps, and integrations;
• Expertise in designing and developing user interfaces using OutSystems UI patterns and best practices;
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and performance optimization;
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs;
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines;
• Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving technical excellence and ensuring successful project delivery;
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership abilities;
•
Good communication in English;
• OutSystems certifications are a plus.
