Project Management:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
Estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Execution and Monitoring:

Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
Team Leadership:

Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
Technical Understanding:

Possess a high-level understanding of technical concepts and architectures to facilitate effective communication with the technical team.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Communication:

Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely fashion.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Manage stakeholder engagement and expectations throughout the project lifecycle.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Project Management Skills:
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Experience with project management software/tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
Proven experience in managing complex projects with multi-function teams.
Technical Skills:
High-level understanding of technical concepts, including system architectures and software development processes.
Ability to understand and discuss technical requirements and architecture with the development team.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others without direct authority.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
PMP, ScrumMaster, or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture.
