- Position: 01 IT Executive
- Work location: Hanoi Head Office, 3rd fIoor, East Office, AEON MALL Long Bien, No. 27 Co Linh Road, Long Bien Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi
- Working time: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Report to: Senior Manager/Team Leader
Job Description:
1) Propose, manage and facilitate the project to introduce and upgrade IT systems (20%).
2) Create new operation rules and scheme for internal company by DX as a leader of project (15%).
3) Communicate with business departments to get an overview of the entire business and clarify end-user requirements (15%).
4) Deploying, operating, maintaining and monitoring the entire IT infrastructure, network, cloud and system (10%).
5) Microsoft 365 admin, Active Directly and Windows server management (10%).
6) Control and improve internal information security (10%).
7) Negotiate with vendor to fix the condition of contract to proceed our project smoothly with understanding how vendor calculate cost for quotation (10%).
8) Educate and train
IT officer
s to improve skills and knowledge (5%).
9) Documentation tasks such as internal approval and creating contract (5%).
Yêu cầu
I. Eligibility:
A. Criterias - Must have:
- College or Bachelor degree in IT or relevant fields;
- Working experience: Have at least 3-5 years of working experience;
- Have experience in relevant fields: IT hardware/software, IT help-desk, manage software/system development projects;
- Experience of
Project Manager
for system development is an advantage, including: Requirement definition of users -Communication and negotiation skills to communicate with vendors to proceed project;
- Able to use English at work;
- Good MS skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Be honest and careful;
- Be hard-working and adaptable to the needs of the working environment.
B. Criterias - Nice to have:
- Have good planning and organizing skill;
- Have leadership and team management experience;
- Ability to cope with stress.
II. Working hours:
- 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (from Monday to Friday);
- 2 days-off per week (Saturday & Sunday);
*Overtime will depend on the peak season, however there are defined overtime restrictions, and it is paid in accordance with regulations. You can value your personal life!
III. Salary & Insurance:
