Glohow is a global game business partner who is dedicated to shining a spotlight on various contents and bringing their businesses to a global level.
Currently were expanding our business and seeking a seasoned Backend
Developer
to design and implement backend systems that power our in-house platforms and enable the company to scale. In this role, youll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features, tackle complex technical challenges, and contribute to the development of a scalable and reliable platform. Your role & responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain backend systems that support the companys growth and scalability.
Collaborate closely with product managers and UX
designer
s to define and refine feature specifications.
Debug and resolve complex issues, including performance bottlenecks, scale challenges, and bugs across the stack.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as stuck jobs in message queues or bugs in backend services.
Ensurethedelivery of clean, high-quality, and maintainable code
Your skills & qualifications
Qualifications (Tech and Non-tech):
4+ years of experience in Backend and Web Development, with 2+ years working with Java and Spring Framework.
Strong expertise in building and maintaining HTTP/RESTful APIs and object-oriented programming principles.
Hands-on experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (e.g., Elasticsearch, MongoDB).
Advanced knowledge of the Spring Framework and its modules, including Spring Data, Spring Security, Spring OAuth2, Spring AOP, and Spring Cloud.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and its application in CMS development.
Proficiency in working with both synchronous and asynchronous technologies.
Strong understanding of design patterns and their application in software architecture.
Solid experience with Git and version control systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams using English.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Nice to have:
Experience with setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Docker for managing development and production environments.
Previous experience in AI integration within CMS systems.
