Main Responsibility
[1] Reporting (60%)
Periodic Operational Reports
• Prepare and manage reports for all department operations, including Claims, NBU, PS, CC, and CS (KPI; Productivity; Functional index reports..)
• Reconcile data in these reports with technical and actuarial sources to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Dashboard Development and Maintenance
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into critical metrics.
Statistical Analysis
• Conduct advanced statistical analyses and generate comprehensive, data-driven reports.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on data findings.
Ad-Hoc Reporting
• Collaborate with multiple departments to create tailored, customized ad-hoc reports.
• Maintain clear communication to capture reporting requirements and deliver accurate outputs.
[2] Project Management (40%)
• Lead project management efforts, providing support and guidance throughout all project stages, including initiation, planning, execution, and closure.
• Assist Project Owners in defining timelines, milestones, and deliverables using project management methodologies and tools.
• Manage and execute assigned projects, including post-implementation reviews to measure success.
• Prepare and present project updates, steering documents, and other necessary reporting materials.
[3] Miscellaneous Tasks
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management to support departmental objectives.
Yêu cầu
• Accounting / Financial & Banking University degree; specialization in Insurance is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in Operational project management, and reporting field
• Good in English and Vietnamese both in speaking and writing
• Good communication, organization and planning skills
• Strong analytical and statistical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, and Power BI (advanced Power BI
skills are preferred).
• Experience in data extraction and manipulation from LAS.
• Effective time management and result-oriented
• Highly committed and self-motivated, teamworking, ability to
multitask
