As a Business Development Associate, youll play a vital role in driving revenue growth for Ly Gia Vien by acquiring new customers and managing existing accounts. Youll be responsible for prospecting for leads, qualifying them, converting them into opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills will be essential to your success.
Lead Generation & Qualification:
Actively prospect for new leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and attending industry events.
Qualify leads based on BANT (budget, authority, need, timeline) criteria to ensure they are a good fit for Ly Gia Viens products and services.
Opportunity Management:
Convert qualified leads into opportunities by conducting needs analysis, creating tailored proposals, and negotiating terms.
Collaborate with BDMs/KAMs to develop and execute sales strategies for specific opportunities.
Account Management:
Manage existing accounts, building strong relationships with customers and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience 1-3 years in Sales, Business Development, preferably in F&B industry.
Ability in both Vietnamese and English. Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, and Microsoft Office Suite.
