Macromill South East Asia Vietnam Company Limited is a 100% Japanese Company that provides "online" market research services in Quantitative and Qualitative Research.As a Backend Developer, you will :
Construct, maintain, and improve our internal IT systems (the front and back end).
Create internal IT tools to support other departments.
Gather, build, and improve the database from multiple sources.

Required Qualifications:Education & Experience:
Age: 25 - 30.
Bachelors degree in
Software Engineer
ing, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Web Application development.
Technical Skills:
Deep knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and MVC frameworks.
Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Experience with PHP frameworks, especially Laravel.
Experience working with Swagger UI and GraphQL or RESTful APIs.
Strong skills in MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Language & Communication Skills:Good command of English (Conversational level). Our company has offices worldwide, and your reporting line includes foreign managers.Personal Attributes:
Strong interest in designing, building, managing, and improving web applications.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong problem-solving and self-management skills.
High concentration and a strong sense of responsibility.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and continuously improve skills.
Good-to-have Qualifications:
Proficiency in Linux, Apache, Nginx, and Security best practices.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience in implementing security measures and understanding common vulnerabilities.
Experience with cloud services like AWS or GCP.
Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, [protected info], Angular).
Mobile Applications (e.g., Flutter, Swift, Java).
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
