Mô tả công việc
Communicate with clients and other stakeholders to elicit and define user requirements.
Research competitive products or other products on the market and suggest ideas/solutions to clients.
Analyze requirements and create function list, use cases, User stories, SRS, mockup, prototype...
Conduct training for project team members and stakeholders to understand the business.
Work closely with development team and follow the process of the project (schedule, timeline, release date...)
Support and review the testing scenarios, test data, verifying bugs/issues.
Conduct and support users for UAT, verifying if any bugs or issues occur.
Create manual guide for product and conduct demo to clients.
Yêu cầu
Bachelors degree of Business Administration, Economics, preferably in IT
Other degrees/certificates in related fields are a plus.
English fluency, especially in verbal and written.
Good communication skills
Prior assignments in directly relevant roles with proven successes.
Creative and strategic thinker, innovative problem-solving skills, highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
