The Job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Public Cloud Management:
Deploy, manage, and monitor cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS Cloud.
Optimize cloud resources for cost-efficiency and scalability.
2. Infrastructure Automation (IaC):
Develop and manage infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
Ensure infrastructure changes are versioned, tested, and managed effectively.
3. CI/CD Pipeline Management:
Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the pipelines are integrated into the software development lifecycle.
4. Monitoring and Logging:
Implement and maintain monitoring and logging solutions using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
Actively monitor system performance and resolve issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
5. Automation and Scripting:
Automate routine tasks and processes using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Implement automation for deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management.
6. Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and IT teams to ensure smooth and efficient software deployments.
Document processes, tools, and workflows in a Wiki for knowledge sharing.
7. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
Respond to production issues, analyze root causes, and implement long-term fixes.
Participate in on-call rotations as needed to support 24/7 operations.
Your Skills and Experience
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a similar role.
Proficiency in AWS services and cloud management.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience in monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar languages.
Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
Knowledge of repository management and Git strategies.
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English communication.
Preferred Qualifications:
AWS certification(s).
Experience with serverless architecture and microservices.
Knowledge of networking concepts and tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
