The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for performing the following tasks: gathering information, writing documentation, managing requirements, organizing meetings, conducting feasibility/relevance studies, specifically: Analyzing and clarifying customer requirements. Analyzing and proposing models and solutions based on collected requirements. Writing documentation for software business requirements, use case specifications, and prototype interface design. Providing business-oriented advice based on analysis and research. Supporting project members and project management to clarify customer requirements. Documenting user guide. Organizing training, providing support for product users, and troubleshooting when issues arise.

Yêu cầu ứng viên
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a fintech, financial services, or technology environment.
Strong understanding of financial products, investment portfolios, or fintech business models is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and turn it into actionable insights.
Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Ability to identify key business challenges, propose data-driven solutions, and implement them in collaboration with relevant teams.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working with product and development teams in an Agile environment.
Experience working with requirements documentation, user stories, and wireframes to support development teams.
Basic understanding of software development processes and technology stacks is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience in engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
