Mô tả công việc
Work with our people and partners across our Business, Product and Tech teams to understand the customer needs and define the functional requirements for lending products
Bring financial services and technology experience to facilitate the solutioning process with Product Engineering teams
Ensure technical solutions align with business goals and timelines.
Analyze loan performance and process metrics to support decision-making.
Maintain regulatory and policy compliance in all solutions.
Lead UAT to validate that solutions meet requirements.
Create training materials and support end-user adoption.
Yêu cầu
At least 3 years working as a dedicated Business Analyst in BFSI.
Hands-on experience in building products, features and services in the banking and financial services sector.
Well-seasoned Business Analyst competencies and skillset, including but not limited to logical, critical, analytical thinking and problem solving.
Experience working closely with Product, Technology and Development teams in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment.
Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients in English.
