Mô tả công việc
• Monitor and report daily activities of the systems (healthy daily checklist) to ensure timely detection of system abnormalities.
• Install, manage, and troubleshoot software, hardware, call center and network systems.
• Allocate and manage accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
• Ensure the systems and applications are up-to-date and comply with security policies.
• Perform additional tasks as departments required.
Yêu cầu
Must-have:
• 2-5 years working experience in IT infrastructures, operations or technical support environment.
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SSL/TLS and DNS
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Application Support.
• Practical experience with Hybrid AD.
• Good knowledge of Window operating system including troubleshooting and system hardening.
Other requirements:
• An ability to be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally to a wide range of people at all levels including communicating complex technical issues.
• Good English (In both speaking and writing).
• Personal integrity, able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
