Mô tả công việc
1) General
- Oversee IT governance activities for the New Core Banking System project.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure IT governance compliance.
- Facilitate IT governance meetings and reviews.
2) IT Governance
- Develop and implement IT governance policies and procedures.
- Ensure alignment of IT governance practices with the goals and objectives of the New Core Banking System project.
- Assess and manage IT risks associated with the project.
3) Documentation
- Maintain comprehensive records of IT governance activities, policies, and compliance.
- Prepare and present IT governance reports to senior management.
4) Administrative
- Follow the policies and procedures of the bank, including adherence to IT security protocols.
5) Policy
- Ensure compliance with the banks IT governance standards and practices.
- Promote a secure computing environment and IT security best practices.
IT Governance Responsibilities
- Assess training requirements of IT personnel and ensure adequate and relevant training is provided to them.
- Develop Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan in line with IT governance principles.
- Participate in IT committee meetings and advise Top Management on IT Projects and Strategy from an IT governance perspective.
- Lead IT governance efforts to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all IT services and renewals are completed on time within the framework of IT governance.

Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in IT governance practices and principles.
- Experience in developing and implementing IT governance policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of IT risk assessment and management.
- Familiarity with relevant technology stack components for IT governance support.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an IT Administration Lead, with a strong focus on IT governance in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in IT governance practices and principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality IT governance support.
- Knowledge of IT security best practices.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to adapt to evolving IT governance standards and requirements.
- Ability to analyze and address IT governance issues efficiently.
- Honest, careful, and enthusiastic about ensuring effective IT governance.
