About the Job
As a Business Analyst at Timo, Vietnams first digital bank, youll play a pivotal role in shaping digital banking innovations. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, engineers, and
designer
s. Dive deep into financial products, their business cases & value propositions, translate business requirements into impactful features, and work hand-in-hand with business & technical teams to empower our digital banking services.
Responsibilities:
1. Clarifying Requests:
Receive requests from business stakeholders or sponsors.
Analyze business cases, impact, and resource requirements.
Ensure alignment with the right solution.
2. Defining BRDs:
Clearly define business cases, requirements, and success factors.
Prepare for the design, development, and launch of product features.
3. Refining BRDs:
Collaborate with designers and engineers.
Break down BRDs into smaller components.
Update as new insights or constraints arise.
4. Revisiting and Revising:
Collaborate on launching and operational preparation.
Follow up post-launch, collecting insights and adoption rates
Review request for adjustment & improvement from business stakeholders or sponsors.

1. Business Analyst /
Product Owner
Experience:
Proven track record in fintech or digital banking.
Ability to research, analyze, building and define business requirements with clear business case, solution & success factor.
2. Research Skills:
Familiarity with fintech, banking, and financial products.
Comfortable discussing both business aspects and technical details.
3. Empathy and Collaboration:
Understand diverse perspectives.
Translate insights into meaningful requirements.
Navigate collaboration across business & technical teams.
4. Collaboration Skills:
Work effectively with business stakeholders, engineers, and designers.
Bridge the gap between ideas and execution.
