Mô tả công việc
1/ Operations and Support
- Support and coach end users in the correct and effective use of the schools ICT resources (hardware and software)
- Handle incoming support requests from end users using the Service Desk System and ensure that users receive appropriate help in a timely manner
- Produce support documentation, user guides, and maintain an ICT support knowledge base
- Log support calls and take appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory response with acceptable time frames in line with the departments service level agreement
- With Helpdesk Supervisor to manage IT Assets/Technology equipment, dispose of expired equipment and recommend IT Network Manager to buy new equipment needed for the school
2/ Engineering and Provisioning
- Install, test and maintain a variety of personal computing and network hardware and software systems, with local area network and wide area network connections
- Configure, deploy and maintain classroom and office ICT hardware and software applications
- Perform diagnostic tests, modify or repair desktop hardware, including PC, printer, data projector and peripherals
3/ Maintenance
- Undertake and record periodic preventative maintenance checks / cleaning of ICT resources and follow up issues as required
4/ Physical
- To carry and move ICT equipment around the school campus. Involving some heavy lifting.
- Must be willing to travel to other campuses or office which belong to BIS as required (distance between campuses within 200 metres)
Benefit schedule for the role as below:
- Salary: negotiation, 2 months of probation will be fully paid
- Working hour: from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm
- Venue: 246 Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City
- SI, HI, UI as regulation (10,5% on gross salary); medical insurance from Generali
- Lunch Allowance 48,000đ/day; teambuilding, year end party, annual salary review and 13th-month bonus
- Club for sports, English and extra activities after working hour for Union Members
- At least 20 days of annual leave during school holidays (in general 2 days in October, 5 days in December, 2 days in April, 12-15 days in July) + 3 personal leave
Yêu cầu
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 years experience with desktop and end user helpdesk support
- The post holder will work at one or more school campuses in BIS Ho Chi Minh City and report to the campus Helpdesk Supervisor
