Mô tả công việc
• Oversee and manage all IT operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning;
• Collaborate with the Marketing department to set up and maintain the company websites, hosting, server and analyze SEO performance;
• Coordinate with Client Service and Marketing teams, manage and develop the companys CRM system to enhance client relationship management;
• Oversee the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation;
• Develop and implement IT policies to ensure data security and compliance;
• Lead and manage the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement;
• Maintain and manage IT inventory, ensuring all equipment is up-to-date and functional

OUR REQUIREMENTS
• Can do attitude;
• Able to communicate in English;
• High sense of disciplined, responsibility and integrity;
• Having knowledge of SEO, website management, CRM systems, Google data analysis, and Microsoft 365;
• Experience in managing IT operations and leading a team;
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments;
• Having a long-term commitment;
