Mô tả công việc
- Serve as the primary contact for customers during new project implementations.
- Manage all aspects of implementation and coordination between customers, trading partners, and team members.
- Communicate project progress with customers until completion.
- Assist customers with EDI testing.
- Support customers throughout the ERP integration testing process.
- Ensure timely project go-live.
- Setup ERP integration projects (such as NEA, BYD), following through from staging to production.
- Deploy the Dimetrics product to customers.
- Conduct GAP analysis.
- Collaborate with the mapping team.
- Support the
Project Manager
in change requests and identify issues related to changes.
- Write UAT (User Acceptance Testing) scenarios.
Yêu cầu
- Experience in software support, client services, or call center environment preferred.
- 1+ year experience as Implementation Specialist,
Business Analyst
, Project manager is preferred.
- Working in ERP, SAP, Supply chain, EDI field is preferred.
- Client services, business to business, computer support/service, experience preferred.
- Understanding X-12 and XML, CSV, ERP such as Netsuite, Quickbook, SAGE,... is a plus.
- Prefer have knowledge with FTP and AS2 is a plus.
- Proficient English skills, verbal & written.
