Your role & responsibilitiesManage, monitor, and maintain Windows patch levels on servers and workstation OSDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Windows patching and SCCM and Intune client errorsManage, monitor, and maintain all 3rd party programs on servers and workstations and keep them in complianceManage, monitor, and maintain compliance levels based on Tenable reports provided by Sec OPSDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Patching, SCCM Client Failure, and Intune client issuesReporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports on compliance status. Present findings and recommendations to local leadership and the Senior Manager, Regional IT (APAC). Foster open communication channels within the IT team and across departments.Assist in conducting basic risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks.Maintain documentation related to compliance standards, including policies, procedures, and audit records.Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and systems.

Have 2-4 years experience as System Engineer or equivalent positionAble to use Microsoft Office Applications at a good level.Exceptional organisational skills and time management skills.Personal Skills:Must be self-motivated, team oriented and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.Candidate should possess strong organisational skills, be detail oriented, and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to problem solve.Strong sense of urgency and strong commitment to quality customer service is required.Ability to analyse and interpret data (metrics) to improve the delivery and support of services to our customers.Well-honed analytical skills and logical thinking required for solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of variables in complex situations.Solid technical acumen and a fundamental grasp of IT principles are essential for effectively navigating and resolving complex technical challenges.
