Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
- Plan advertising budgets for cities in Vietnam where the Maxim service operates;
- Constantly interact with local suppliers and advertising agencies;
- Order advertising products, such as posters, flyers, business cards, stands, etc., to support offline marketing campaigns;
- Monitor the implementation of offline advertising campaigns, check reports from employees/promoters responsible for conducting advertising campaigns in different cities;
- Prepare reports on the work done, update corporate database;
- Manage advertising document flow;
- Search for local influencers and communicate with them about potential collaborations and promotions to attract customers in Vietnam;
- Interact with company branches on a daily basis, handle their requests via Helpdesk and support in work related issues.

- Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm.
- On-site from office in Ho Chi Minh.
- Stable remuneration each month + salary increase depending on your own performance (annual revision).

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- Good command of the English language (both oral & written);
- A fast learner, multitasker with highly developed communication skills;
- Computer literate (MS Office, Google Spreadsheet);
- Experience in Offline Marketing, especially related to negotiations with local advertising agencies.
