The Job
Consult and support international key users of dedicated country organizations using the CRM system. Promote the holistic and standardized use of our CRM system and establish it in the international subsidiaries.
Second level support for tickets (bugs, change requests, process consulting) of the international subsidiaries.
Development, continuous optimization and execution of target group-specific training modules and training materials. You conduct the training courses and workshops digitally and on site.
Community management: preparation and hosting of user events on innovations and current projects, best practice sharing and voting topics
As a second step: project lead for international CRM rollout projects - from gap-fit workshops to training of key users, system and go-live preparation, subsequent hypercare support and lessons learned sessions.
Your Skills and Experience
A degree (e.g. business administration, economics, business informatics, marketing) or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in the areas of sales, marketing and/or customer service, ideally in an international industrial company or a management consultancy.
Experience in managing change and implementation projects.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365/Sales force/ other comparable CRM systems.
Business fluent English skills and ideally another foreign language as well as the talent to communicate complex content in an exciting and interesting way.
General willingness to travel internationally in case of rollout projects (approx. 20%).
A strong focus on results, openness to new ideas and creative solutions and a high level of customer centricity combined with intercultural skills round off your profile.
