Role Description
As a Middle
Business Analyst
within Danieli Vietnam ICT Team, you will be responsible for the business process design, fit-gap analysis as well as looking for development opportunities, improving available processes, you will function as the connector between business needs and technology ensure that we are always working on the things that create value for our business.
This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the capability to translate business requirements into technology solutions. The candidate will engage with include but are not limited to ERP, the Microsoft ecosystem, AI and reporting tools.
Area of Responsibilities
• Provide end-to-end expertise and guidance on business processes, innovations on existing business processes from functional and technical perspective.
• Resolve user issues, understand design workflow, and helps users to improve the skill on include but not limited to ERP (SAP prefer), Microsoft Ecosystem (Teams, PowerApp, Automate..), AI
• Implement faculty training and conduct key-user, ambassador and all relate knowledge transfer activities.
• Support/Implement new modules or applications to improve productivity (Align/Non-align with Danieli Worldwide standard)
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Act as a bridge between the technical teams (IT/development) and the services organization to ensure clear communication and effective delivery of solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend innovative solutions, and implement best practices.
Yêu cầu
Basic Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Solution or in a similar role, preferably within a services organization.
• English communication excellent (both written and verbal).
• Accountability and result orientation: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and projects with a focus on delivering measurable results.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team to ensure progress and commitment to deadlines.
• Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience: Previous experience working in the services industry or with service delivery teams manufacturing/engineering field.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience configuring / implementing enterprise applications such as ERP, Microsoft Ecosystem (Power Platform, SharePoint....).
