Yêu cầu
University degree preferred, or equivalent experience in IT support.
Proven experience in desktop support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Familiarity with a range of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
Basic knowledge of networking principles and experience with connectivity troubleshooting.
Experience with mobile device management (MDM) applications is a plus.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing excellent service and support.
Flexibility to adapt to urgent requirements and evolving technologies.
