LG CNS Vietnam is looking for a Chief Accountant. You will take responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and tax compliance.
Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with Vietnamese regulations and international standards (IFRS).
Ensure compliance with tax laws and corporate policies, including VAT, PIT, CIT, and other applicable regulations.
Lead and manage the annual audit process, working closely with external auditors.
Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and growth.
Develop, implement, and maintain robust accounting policies, systems, and procedures.
Mentor and manage a team of accounting professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including HQ in Korea, to align financial reporting and policies.
Yêu cầu
[Required]
Bachelors degree in accounting or higher
Chief Accountant Certificate (required).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and familiarity with IFRS.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Fluent in English (required); proficiency in Korean is a significant advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
