Job Description:
* Check and prepare contracts related to the construction projects
• Check payment documents (invoices, acceptance minutes...)
• Manage and place orders office supplies stock
* Work with state authorities to obtain certificates (ERC, IRC, Work Permit, Temporary Residence card)
* Manage internal documents
Yêu cầu
Độ tuổi/Age: 22-30 years old
Giới tính/gender: Nữ/Female
Trình độ/Education: Đại học/University
• Education: University, Bachelor in Accounting
• Experience in related fields: at least 1 years
• English at the business level
• Computer skills: to be good at word, excel and PowerPoint
- Preferable skills:
- Japanese or another language
- Experience on the real estate field
- Hard working, detail-oriented, logical thinking
