This position will assist
General Accountant
in performing aspects of accounting booking, month-end processing, reconciliation accounts, reports with the main tasks and responsibilities include but not limit to:
1. Booking: ensure all accounting entries related to collected premium, petty cash, bank must be recorded into Sun on time and in-line with company policy, tax regulation.
2. Collected premium and payment insurance benefit fund management: check daily cash report with data from core system and bank statements to ensure the accuracy of all cash reports, any difference must be investigated and report to high level.
3. Payment: making bank transfer on time, right beneficiary and amount, inform paid claims to requestors.
4. Accounting in core system: have knowledges and experienses in insurance products, and accounting rules in core system, checking accconting rules in core system, import interface file into Sun system.
5. Reconciliation balance sheet accounts: ensure related BS accounts balance must exactly and have supporting documents.
6. Filling: Store and provide documents to pertinence as required.
7. Other related duties requested by line-managers.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of local and international accounting standards, taxes, legal & audit issues.
- Good communication skills both in Vietnamese and in English, enable written and oral communication with Expats is a requirement.
- Sun system and Microsoft Office skills are required.
- Careful, sense of responsibility.
