Collect and review the financial information from subsidiaries monthly for the consolidation purpose
Review the analysis of items in income statements monthly and explain for unusual variances for: selling expenses and G&A expenses, FIFE, etc.
Investigate the financial or accounting matters by yourselves or liaising with others to propose the solutions based on the finance reporting practice or the accounting standards
Prepare monthly income statements of each enity in specific formats.
Prepare monthly consolidated income statements of the group in specific formats
Review the calculation of inventory provisions and doubtful debts provision monthly
Prepare separate financial statements of the parent company quarterly
Support in preparation of consolidated financial statements for the group quarterly
Support the audit team to plan and complete the statutory audit
Support the transfer pricing team and liase with others to complete the TP documentation
Manage and develop members under your team
Other tasks which may be asked by Manager and Head of finance and accounting.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Knowledge:
Bachelor (or college) degree in Accounting or Auditing
Microsoft Office skills are required (MS. Excel, MS. Word, and MS. PowerPoint). Experience in SAP ERP is an advantage
Minimum 2 years (or more) of relevant experience in financial reporting or auditing at Big 4 is an advantage
Good at English is an advantage
