Job Summary
As the Regulatory Reporting Team Lead, this position will lead and control the Companys regulatory reporting, ensuring quality, timeliness, accuracy, completeness and compliance.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Regulatory Reporting main tasks (70%):
- In charged of financial reporting reports, statistically reports and other reports
- Keep the quality of regulatory reports in line with Accounting Standards
- Ensure timeliness and completeness of all reports.
- Calculate and report compulsory ratios
- Perform on debt classification, allowance, and write-off process
- In control of month end closing process to ensure the deadline and accuracy requirements
2. Other tasks (30%):
- Participate in product or system development, deliver the requirements of the team to ensure the feasibility of reports
- Keep reviewing the reporting process to enhance if possible
- Liaison with other stakeholder such as local regulator and external auditors
- Train and develop team members
- Other tasks assigned by Chief Accountant or Division Head
Yêu cầu
1. Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Banking
- Having a professional certificate is a plus
2. Work Experience:
- More than 3 years experience in Financial Reporting
- Experience working in credit institutions and statistical reporting according to Cir 35 is preferred
3. Knowledge:
- Accounting knowledge, understand IFRS is an advantage
- Understand the requirements of laws and SBV
4. Skills:
- Computer savvy, can work with big data and diversify office application program such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Time management, communication and planning skills
- Organized mind and logical thinking
- Team management skill
5. Work attitude:
- Willing to learn and listen
- Can work under pressure
- Highly responsibility and can work independently
- Skepticism
