Mô tả công việc
- Receiving orders from the
purchasing
division and carry out the next import and export tasks to import goods to Vietnam.
- Coordinating with logistics entities to book ship schedules and declare customs.
- Researching and coordinating to provide explanations of commodity names and HS Codes to logistics entities to ensure correct customs declaration for new items.
- Preparing and completing import and export documents: contract, invoice, Form E, Import license (if any).
- Checking and confirming the documents from suppliers to ensure that documents are accurate and valid to qualify for import and customs clearance of goods.
- Contacting insurance companies to purchase cargo insurance.
- Monitoring the progress of incoming goods (check shipping schedule, Telex Release..), quantity of goods and notify the relevant division of the incoming goods schedule.
- Checking the costs and making payment for related costs of import and export activities, inspecting to bring goods to the warehouse, resolving arising issues related to payment
- Contacting, coordinating with the parties to plan the implementation of inspection for any arising damage (if any).
- Monitoring the debt payments to foreign suppliers.
- Contacting the banks to complete international payment procedures.
- Coordinate with related departments, and complete the tasks.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated from University or College majoring in Logistics, Import-Export, International Trade, related fields
- Good English communication skills
- Skillful in import and export, understand and master import and export processes and procedures.
- Experience 2 or more working years in the field of import and export, Accounting or equivalent position.
- Priority is given to those who experience in importing products related to Technology and furniture.
- Office computer Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Proactive and agile at work. - Presentation skills, problem solving skills. - Withstand work pressure. Be aware of work responsibilities.
