Mô tả công việc
• Organize, manage employees and operations of the Accounting Department
• Ensure accounting data accurately and instantly
• Handle tax reporting and financial reporting to the tax administrations. Working with tax officials if needed
• Ensure accounting and tax reporting are accurate and in line with the Governments regulations
• Prepare accounting files and store accounting documents in accordance with current regulations
• Design trainings, connect teamwork, manage team members and development plans for accountants
• Planning to take stock of companys Asset (Inventory, POSM,...)
• Calculate PIT and prepare PIT report to submit quarterly. Apply for a personal income tax number for employees, register dependent of employers in Tax Department. Finalization of PIT
• Prepare documents and schedule for oversea transaction processing. Check the related documents to ensure settle payment on time
• Control the financial report of the Companys
• Make the annual Companys Budget and cash flow daily, weekly, monthly. Responsible for the ledger, the account balance sheet, P&L, VAT to compare with the monthly report
• Advise the BOD and relevant individuals and departments on matters related to tax and accounting regulations
• Sign docs pertaining to payable accounting, Financial invoices and detailed spreadsheet(s) supporting invoices, Docs/ Minutes to Adjust/ amend invoices; Payment requests to customers, Financial/ accounting reports and other compulsory reports required by laws
• Take responsible work as assigned
Yêu cầu
• BA in Accounting/Finance, Chief Accountant Certificate
• At least 3-5 years relevant experience as
Accounting Manager
/ Chief Accountant
• Excellent in planning and interacting with all levels and partners
• Good MS Office skills
• Can work under high pressure
• Intermediate level in English
