Mô tả công việc
Responsible for full processing of invoice examination and invoice data processing/posting by input to Boschs Accounting application and systems
Ensure invoice data for completeness, accuracy and adherence to Boschs policies and agreed procedures.
Ensure invoice format, invoice information that in compliance with current local tax regulations (of Thailand), Boschs accounting standards.
Verify invoice data against Purchase orders and other supporting documents.
Identify any discrepancies or mismatch information then consult to other Senior accounting team members for advice.
Timely communicate and report status to the team if issue happens.
Support team leader, senior and other team members on ad hoc basis.
Stay up with latest updates on relevant topics from GS and other divisions.
Yêu cầu
Bachelors degree in Thai Linguistic
Language skills: English, Thai (Reading: Proficiency, other skills: Intermediate)
Knowledge in Accounting, Finance or related field is a PLUS.
Detail-oriented and analytical individual
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with OCR and SAP systems is preferred but not required.
Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Words)
