Mô tả công việc
- Data Entry to Accounting software using information provided
- Invoice preparation, following Receivables & Payables
- Month-end close including account reconciliations
- Assist in monthly Accounting reports, Payroll and any other accounting or administrative duties as required
Yêu cầu
- Graduate from University with Accounting major
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Good computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel)
- Ability to drive tasks to completion and juggle multiple deadlines
- Team work, self-motivated and willing to learn
- Accept newly graduate students
Quyền lợi
- Salary: Negotiable based on candidates experience and other bonus
- Will receive full salary on probation instead of 85% as normal
- Healthcare and Insurance per Labor Code as Law
- Annual company trip
- Bonus, award, allowance on public holiday as well as company parties on special occasion
- 15 days annual leave per year. 3 years staff will have 1 day extra for annual leave.
- Other extra benefit will be discussed in the interview
- Will be trained on Accounting and English
- Working in English professional environment and friendly
