Mô tả công việc
Responsibilities:
Cash Flow Management:
• Monitor and control cash inflows and outflows efficiently to minimize losses or errors.
• Ensure accurate and timely payments to suppliers, partners, and employees, including salaries, debts, and other obligations, in compliance with TCIS Thailand policies.
Document and Invoice Management:
• Organize, manage, and securely store payment-related documents, contracts, and invoices.
• Ensure all issued invoices adhere to legal regulations.
• Verify the accuracy of invoice information and address issues related to incorrect invoices or adjustment requests.
Payment Processing:
• Prepare cash payment vouchers and initiate bank transfers as needed.
Accounting Support:
• Assist in preparing accounting reports and maintaining accurate records.
• Prepare and file periodic VAT and corporate income tax declarations and reports.
Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project plans are prepared and executed smoothly, in compliance with all relevant requirements.
Labor Management:
• Manage labor contracts and handle social insurance reporting.
Other Tasks:
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate and support colleagues effectively.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in accounting software and office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and responsible in task execution.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
