Mô tả công việc


- Plan and manage effectively to be sure of sound tax service and deliverables as expected/committed to clients.
- QC control of work performed by team members and get it approved by line manager(s) and/or Partner toward no-mistake service outcomes and timely delivery.
- Maintain reasonable, effective, and professional communication with clients and/or line manager(s) for timely responses to clients’ requests, and/or address any arising issues, and make clients feel good about the service.
- Formats/tools necessary for the repetitive service usage purpose should be developed to enhance the effectiveness of the service provision e.g. checklist, Q&A online for others’ knowledge toward an intranet of Frequently Asked Questions, standard tax reports, etc.
- HR development to meet the workload and possibility of the development
- Consult and/or work with other service lines e.g. accounting/audit teams for tax support under the direction of the head of dept. / Partner
- Maintain systematical training to staff or/and team for required knowledge and skills toward the establishment of a professional tax team




Yêu cầu ứng viên


- More than 5 years of Finance experience, at least 1 year in the Tax service field
- Language: English business level.
- Able to work under hard pressure, positive, and cooperative.
- Experience in leading the team to manage the company tax risk.
- Strong accounting, analytical, technical, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Good leadership, effective planning, time management, agile thinking, determination, flexibility, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting laws and procedures.
