Mô tả công việc


Directly perform cash and bank payments for suppliers and partners such as: Reviewing payment requests, Manage and verify the legality of receipts and payments, creating payment vouchers;
Monthly prepare the VAT reports.
Issue invoices and allocate short-term and long term expense
Perform booking of accounting entries in accounting systems
Monitor suppliers, customer, employee debts and urge debt collection;
Monitor bank deposits;
Contact directly to bank
Verify KOL information.
File accounting documents
Support general accountant.
Other tasks as required





Yêu cầu ứng viên


Have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting/ Finance or a relevant major
Have knowledge and experience with the Accounting systems
Organizational, analysis, solving-problem skills
Careful, dynamic, and hard-working under a pressure environment
Skills:
Good communication skill (both written & verbal); Good command of English; Communication, Time management, Decision - making
Attitude: Professional; collaborating in teamwork; active; responsible, trustworthy, detail - oriented

100% Salary for 2-month Probation.
