National Housing Organization (N.H.O JSC.)

Currently, we are looking for
General Accountant
to join our Finance and Accounting team.
Job Scope(s):
Check payment request documents.
Prepare receipts, payments or transfer money based on the approved payment requests.
Monitor and record for arising entries of accounts, transferring revenue and expenses.
Implement and monitor customer revenues and payments according to schedule.
Check the ending balance of accounts, make monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reports.
Cash management and banking transactions.
Prepare tax reports periodically
Work with the external auditors for auditing FS.
Support in preparing document/reports when tax inspection and finalization.
Coordinate with staff in the department to establish, build and implement processes and regulations related to the Company s financial activities.
Regular Budget and Cash Flow Support;
Other tasks as assigned by the line Manager




Yêu cầu ứng viên


University Graduate, major in Accounting, Finance or Auditing.
At least 3-5 years experiences in the same position.
Experience or knowledge in real estate or construction is a PLUS.
Good computer skills (Word, Excel).
Be able to use English for working (mainly writing and reading, basic speaking and listening).
Ability to handle and prioritize multi-tasks to meet deadlines.
Solving problem skills.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Eagerness to learn, interest of challenges, willing to share.
Responsible, autonomous, punctual and detail-oriented
