The Financial Business Partner plays a strategic role in providing in-depth financial analysis and cost optimization solutions to support business units in achieving business goals and growth. This role focuses on ensuring financial efficiency, promoting data-driven decision-making, and improving profitability through comprehensive financial management.

Financial Analysis and Cost Control:
Conduct comprehensive cost analysis and performance evaluation to identify improvement points in production and operations.
Develop cost management strategies to ensure competitiveness and cost optimization.
Monitor and analyze key cost drivers, propose control measures, and reduce costs to maximize profit.
Financial Planning and Forecasting:
Lead the annual budgeting process for the business unit, ensuring the budget aligns with the organization s overall strategic direction.
Develop short-term and long-term financial forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
Assess financial performance, perform variance analysis, and provide improvement suggestions based on deviations from the budget and forecasts.
Financial Reporting and Consulting:
Provide comprehensive and detailed financial reports, including profit reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Perform analysis and provide financial models to support decision-making for departments and leadership.
Participate in strategic projects, using financial analysis to provide solutions and recommendations for business decisions.




Yêu cầu ứng viên


Education:
Bachelor s degree in finance, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years in finance or audit, preferably in financial analysis or FP&A positions.
Skills:
Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and presentation skills, able to convey complex information clearly.
Proficiency in Excel and other financial software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good organizational and project management skills.
